BIOPROX

BIOPROX is the subsidiary of the PROTEX INTERNATIONAL GROUP specializing in the production of bio-products for the food industry. They include lactic cultures (mesophilic and thermophilic) for the dairy industry. The cultures are freeze dried and in sachets of 50U, which means one sachet for apx. 2,000l milk. We are able to supply a wide range from stock for both pressed and soft cheeses.
